                                            DEFINffiONS  AND  EXPLANATIONS
                  1.  CENSUS means the Census of Agriculture.         (b)  Tenant  :  A  farmer  who  operrtes  land  be-

                                                                    13.  TENANT-OPERATED  AREA  includes:
